The sun rises, kisses the sky with color, and slowly returns to where it began. Like the sun, our lives begin and end with beauty, yet it is often the in-between spaces that stay with us most.
Growing up, granola was one of the simple pleasures woven into my childhood. I remember the smell of my mom’s granola baking, our hands stained from picking wild blackberries, the rabbits we raised, long walks, and her table set for family, friends, and even strangers. It was those ordinary, in-between spaces that shaped me most.
In the everyday rhythms of life, my mom showed me what it meant to live fully: to build a family, serve her community, and stay curious about the world around her. Through her, I learned just how much beauty an ordinary day can hold.
