Soft Hours by Sarah Helser (hand-signed print)
Soft Hours
A print by Sarah Helser
If you’ve spent time at The Table, you’ve likely noticed her—the painting that hangs on our main wall like a peaceful friend, welcoming you through our doors. For over 10 years, she’s held her place, offering a sense of calm amidst the clatter.
To mark another year of our doors being open, we wanted a keepsake for our guests to take home—something that felt like a piece of The Table, but could also stand beautifully on its own. Soft Hours does just that.
Now, for the first time, Sarah has turned her painting into a print—created just for us. Each one is hand-signed by Sarah and available in two sizes:
16" x 20"
24" x 36"
About the Artist
Sarah Helser was born in High Point, North Carolina, in 1980 and spent her formative years on a farm, where she was deeply influenced by the beauty and solitude of nature. Her work expresses the beauty of the world around her, weaving together both realistic and abstract forms.
“I create each painting in the hope to reshape the familiar into the numinous and magical essence of what it carries. It is the brief, glimmering speck of a dream—made permanently tangible before it is lost in the waking hours—that, by joining the realistic with the imagined, breathes harmony into the contrast and reshapes the way we see.”
All of the paintings displayed at The Table were created by Sarah at the request of the owner—and her older sister—Dustie Gregson.
